Born from the year 1904, the birth year of Salvador Dalí, this collaboration bridges Dalí’s surrealist universe with Marcel Katz’s vision of eyewear as collectible sculpture. Each silhouette revisits Dalí’s symbols of time, transformation, and the ant motif, translated into precise contemporary forms.

The collection is structured in two tiers. The Édition d’Artiste consists of 111 hand signed artist proofs, each a unique piece paired with a sculptural stand and archived as an individual artwork. The Standard Édition honors Dalí’s birth year with limited series of 1904 pieces per colorway, created for refined daily wear while remaining strictly collectible.

Every frame bears Salvador Dalí’s signature on the temple and a corresponding signature on the lens, and is authenticated with the official Dalí Universe seal and certification. Handcrafted in Modena in micro production, each piece is slightly unique and formally entered into the Maison Marcel × Dalí Universe archive, existing as a wearable artwork between two eras of imagination.
