Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect when you place the order and as shown in your confirmation email. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs, and import charges.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we transfer products to the carrier.

No license is granted except as expressly stated. All rights are reserved by Maison Marcel.

Names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans of Maison Marcel are trademarks of Maison Marcel or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use them without prior written permission. Shopify names and marks are trademarks of Shopify. Other names and marks belong to their respective owners.

You may access customer tools offered by third parties. Such tools are provided as is and as available without warranties or endorsements. Use is at your own risk and subject to the third party provider terms. Future features may be added and will be governed by these Terms of Service.

The services may contain third party materials and links. We do not evaluate or control third party content or sites and are not responsible for their accuracy, policies, products, or services. Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables the services. Sales and purchases are made directly with Maison Marcel. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Maison Marcel. You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from your transactions with Maison Marcel.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maison Marcel, Shopify, and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from losses, damages, liabilities, claims, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees, arising from your breach of these terms, your violation of law or third party rights, or your use of the services. We may control the defense and settlement of any claim and you will cooperate as required.

If any provision is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted and the remainder will continue in effect.

Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms of Service and posted policies are the entire agreement between you and Maison Marcel and supersede prior communications. Ambiguities will not be construed against the drafting party.

These terms and any related agreements are governed by the laws and courts of the jurisdiction where Maison Marcel is headquartered. You consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in those courts.
