🪞 Return and Refund Policy
Each Maison Marcel frame is crafted to order and finished by hand in Modena. Variations are signs of human craftsmanship and part of the object’s individuality.
EligibilityReturns are accepted within seven (7) days of delivery. To qualify, the frame must be unused, in perfect condition, and include all original components including the presentation box, leather case, authenticity papers, and packaging.
- Contact Maison Marcel at hello@artplug.com within seven days to request inspection.
- The piece must arrive at Maison Marcel within fourteen (14) days of the original delivery date.
- Once received, our team verifies condition and authenticity before authorizing a refund.
Approved returns are refunded to the original form of payment, excluding shipping and duties. Because every frame is produced on demand, all other sales are final. Refunds are processed only after Maison Marcel inspection is complete.
We do not offer exchanges or store credit. Collectors may register interest in future editions through the Collectors Circle.
Maison Marcel provides a one year limited guarantee covering manufacturing defects. This guarantee does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or misuse.
Customers are responsible for secure return shipping, insurance, and any applicable customs charges. Maison Marcel cannot assume liability for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
In summary, each return is treated as a re entry into the archive and examined with the same care with which it was created.
