When a release concludes, its serial documentation and imagery are preserved within the Maison Marcel archive. No reproduction or reissue is ever made.

A care booklet is included with every order. Clean the lenses with the provided microfiber cloth. Store your frame in its leather case when not in use. Keep it away from heat, alcohol-based products, and salt water. Treat it as you would a collectible object.

Each frame is made to order. Production begins once the pre-order is placed and typically requires four to eight weeks depending on atelier scheduling.

Every order includes the frame, a leather case, a Maison Marcel presentation box, an outer protective box, a microfiber cloth, authenticity card, certificate of provenance, and the printed care booklet.

Select pieces are available through partnered optical stores in Miami and at the Maison Marcel lab in Modena, Italy. New partnerships will expand worldwide.

Returns are accepted within seven days of delivery if the frame is unused, in perfect condition, and includes all original packaging. Each return is inspected by the Atelier before approval. Because every frame is made to order, all other sales are final. Maison Marcel provides a one-year guarantee covering manufacturing defects only.
