VERDE GLOW GHOST BOLT V2 is an experimental sculptural eyewear object from Maison Marcel’s GLOW Series, exploring illumination through material rather than electronics. The Bolt V2 silhouette is rendered in a muted taupe-green-grey Italian acetate, contrasted by a green bolt formed from a proprietary light-reactive compound.

In daylight, the object appears restrained and architectural, drawing from the tones of stone, fog and softened vegetation. After exposure to ultraviolet light, sunlight or ambient illumination, the embedded bolt activates and emits a green glow in darkness. The effect is produced through pigment and resin integrated directly into the acetate rather than applied as a surface coating, making the illumination inseparable from the material itself.

Handcrafted in Italy at the Maison Marcel laboratory, Verde Glow Ghost Bolt V2 was produced as an experimental edition of only three pieces worldwide. Each piece is micro-produced, finished by hand and permanently registered within the Maison Marcel archive. This colorway and configuration will not be reproduced.

Every order includes the frame, a leather case, a Maison Marcel presentation box, an outer protective box, a microfiber cloth, authenticity card, certificate of provenance, and the printed care booklet.

A care booklet is included with every order. Clean the lenses with the provided microfiber cloth. Store your frame in its leather case when not in use. Keep it away from heat, alcohol-based products, and salt water. Treat it as you would a collectible object.

Each frame begins with Italian cellulose acetate, shaped and polished by hand in Modena. Artisans refine every line until the form feels inevitable. Precision replaces speed, and every gesture preserves intention.
