BOLT V1 “Hot Sauce” represents the original expression of Marcel’s BOLT series, introducing a design language built around speed, light and movement. Its lower-profile silhouette combines sharp sculptural lines with reflective and luminescent details, capturing the visual energy of lightning and flame.

As the first generation of BOLT, V1 established the foundation for the series through a more compact profile and highly expressive material treatment. Mineral resin accents and reflective particles interact with light across the frame, giving Hot Sauce a luminous character that shifts with its surroundings.

Conceived in Miami and handcrafted in Italy from sustainable cellulose acetate with Carl Zeiss lenses, BOLT V1 “Hot Sauce” was produced as a micro edition of only 5 pieces per variant. It remains preserved within the Maison Marcel archive as an early expression of the BOLT design language.
