SCHOLAR “Blizzard” explores clarity, light and nostalgia through a transparent white interpretation of the classic SCHOLAR silhouette. The translucent construction evokes the suspended movement of a snowstorm, giving the rectangular frame a lighter, almost atmospheric presence.

Part of the SCHOLAR RETRO expression, Blizzard preserves the intellectual character and architectural proportions of the original SCHOLAR while introducing a serene study of transparency and contrast. The result balances vintage reference with contemporary materiality.

Conceived in Miami and handcrafted in Italy from premium cellulose acetate with Carl Zeiss lenses, SCHOLAR “Blizzard” was produced as a micro edition of only 20 pieces worldwide. It remains preserved within the Maison Marcel archive as an exploration of elegance, clarity and reinvention.
